"Not a very nice place to stay. HIDDEN charges!!!"

"AC issues. Room was cold and heat did not work. Called the front desk and a repairman came to room and had to go into the ceiling of the bathroom to fix. He said the heat was off. Room warmed up but got too hot and the thermostat did not seem to control the temp, so turned off unit. Reported the problem at check out, needed to be repaired. "

"TV remote was missing and I looked for it under and behind the drawer. I found empty soda bottles and food wrappers. No Tv remote was found. I asked for a replacement TV remote. Service was not answering the call immediately. My call was put on hold then disconnected. It took me several calls and a couple of hours to ask for the replacement. The house service brought a replacement while we were out for dinner which didn’t work with the TV in our room."

"Great location, wonderful home, and attentive hosts!My large group thoroughly enjoyed staying at this home in South Lake Tahoe. It had plenty of space and many unique features in the home. Was able to walk to the ski lifts, watch the Super Bowl in a home movie theater, and enjoy a sauna after skiing! Couldn’t recommend a place more than this one."
