"Bigger water bottles maybe quart bottles should be given. The tap water made me a little sickly for a day."

"The check-in person was great, it was midnight before we got there and he got us checked in right away. The room was great."

"The first time that I stayed at this hotel last year, everything was excellent. This time when I stayed for most of our stay, the water in the bathroom was not even hot. It was barely lukewarm. I told the staff member about the water not being hot, and she told me that maintenance left at twelve. Noon, on a saturday of all days. I don't know if I will use this hotel again. Cause no one likes to take a cold shower when it is cool outside."

"El hotel tiene una fantástica ubicación, es hermoso, el personal es atento, todo excelente. La única razón por la que no le pongo todas las estrellas es porque debido a que era Halloween el hotel estaba súper lleno y no limpiaron la habitación. Hablé con una amable empleada que me pidió mil excusas y me explicó la situación. La gerencia debió tomar prevenciones al respecto, no se puede cortar gastos en esos aspectos."

"Great!"

"Would prefer indoor pool"

"The room was spacious and had plenty of storage, including a coat and hat rack. The refrigerator was clean, and the heating and AC worked well. My only complaints were the lack of a coffee maker and microwave in the room, requiring trips to the breakfast area. The ice machine was also located there, and I had to request an ice bucket from the front desk. Other than those inconveniences, everything else was fine. The staff was neither especially helpful nor unpleasant. They handled check-in and...

"I definitely if have to go back to the same area I will stay there again"

"Breakfast was terrible. No plates for waffles, Coffee bitter, Front desk not interested in helping! they suggested I forget about waffles, That left nothing but juice or donuts. Drove to Waffle House for decent breakfast. Returned and checked out after one night of a planned 5 night stay. Will never stay in a Sleep Inn again."

"Just came off a 5 night trip where we stayed in 3 different Homewood Suites properties in different cities and this one was the best. However, it still had its issues. I was given a studio suite when I payed for and booked a true suite with a separate bedroom. They then sent me to THREE (3) different rooms and it was still a studio suite every time. On the final try, they finally got me into a one bedroom suite. Mind you I was dragging my toddler, cat, and luggage with me every time. They tried...

"Great stay."

"Had a lovely stay! Everything was great!"

"Overall fantastic stay! Staff was super friendly, very accommodating and nice to chat with while staying professional yet leisurely which made for a comfortable environment before even checking in. Rooms were very clean and well stocked on towels, coffee, extra toilet paper, etc and we absolutely loved the 24/hr coffee bar in the lobby that was always full. Will definitely be staying here again when in the area!"

"Super clean property, great rooms and way friendly staff, recommended !"
