Inside it seemed like the cleaners stopped half through, we had no toilet paper, one clean towel and concern about the security.Repeated requests to the landlord resulted in “ we are looking into it” and never had a resolution after a 3 night stay"

"Unfortunately it was a cold and wet day when we arrived. After climbing a very narrow winding staircase to our apartment - some 40 or so steps - it was disappointing to find that the rooms were very cold as no heating had been switched on in anticipation of our arrival. After switching on the underfloor heating it did begin to warm up, but to add to the frustration this did not appear to work in the main bedroom or the ‘en suite’. A free standing electric heater was provided but wasn’t easy...
