"Nous y sommes restés un soir pour prendre un vol le lendemain tôt. Très belle chambre. Lit confortable, propre et environnement tranquille. Nous avons profité du service de restauration. Le service offert par Astrid était excellent. Les portions des plats sont généreuses et le tout offert en excellent rapport qualité prix. À proximité, il y a un centre commercial et il semble y avoir des options de restauration."

"Buffet restaurant across the road must be very useful for visitors used to eat late in the evening - not visited as they open at 7pm. However, there is a supermarket just around the corner and frozen food outlet. One can use a microwave in the hotel."

"Good size room (twin). Nothing spectacular, but nice and clean enough. The bed was comfortable. Had a fan and Aircon. So easily able to make it comfortable. Excellent shower. Didn't have breakfast. Extremely friendly and helpful staff. Was able to park despite arriving late. The staff evidently try hard. Carpets in common areas have evidence of heavy use, but that's just a fact of life in a busy city centre hotel."

"The Staff was a mixed bag ranging from ok to incredible. A lady at the desk who wears glasses and name started with an H along with the two ladies who were the cleaning crew were superb! They seem to switch out their entire staff every couple days. This is not necessarily bad, in fact service was still good! It’s just no one ever matched H’s service and enthusiasm on day 1 and 2! We did note on weds or thurs there may have been a change in chef. The scrambled eggs were the consistency of egg drop soup that day. The rooms were fun and eclectic, and everything seemed very clean! Bed was comfortable. We would definitely stay again !"

"A peaceful haven within striking distance of Dunkirk ferry port for us. Beautiful setting with lots to do. Not only pool and jacuzzi but also board games, books and pool table accessible. Very quiet but then we did stay on a Monday night. I'm sure it is busier at the weekend. Comfortable quadruple room with proper beds for all made this perfect for us and our teenagers to break the drive up from Bavaria."

"I would like to thank the staff of this hotel for going above and beyond. When my car's battery died on a Sunday 6:00 am when the entire town was asleep, and no help was available, they did everything they could to help me. They jump started my car and I was eventually able to continue on my way. These are the nicest people you can imagine. The hotel was also perfect in all respects, and the air conditioning works really well. Very very highly recommended!"
