"Wonderful staff, extra friendly and helpful, very clean rooms, just overall amazing experience for my daughter and I. The lunch and dinner menu was average though - it just lacked flavour however the staff exceeded and fixed those issues. Couldn’t recommend this hotel enough. Have shared with family our experience and my daughter has really enjoyed our 5 nights there (6 days). "The staff treated everyone with a true spirit of love and giving attitude, regardless of the amount of guests who were there at any given time. The staff makes the beauty of the resort come alive. It was a very great and relaxing time. If you're going there to watch TV, you might be disappointed because depending on where your room is located, you may not have a good enough internet connection for service. "Plusses: comfy bed, large rooms, good snorkelling at low tide. Rock Pool bar for evening drinks is a cool spot. Close to the giant clam sanctuary and swimming with turtles! We biked to the clam/turtle location (4km) from RTP using the resort bikes. String band and buffet dinner night is a must do! Highly recommend. The matriarch of RTP is soooo lovely.
