"We traveled to Black Butte Ranch during a sports tournament with two families. This house met our needs and beyond. Comfortable for all members of both households, and plenty of space to relax. The kitchen had many thoughtful items that made cooking away from home easy including a great BBQ. Our kids enjoyed biking around on the trails when not playing sports. The hosts had easy and responsive communication and made our stay a breeze. We would definitely stay here again."

"No internet because owner was in arrears. Sucks but true, owner owed past due for the internet. Day 1 no internet. Day 2 - tech came out and paid for the internet out of his own pocket. Day 3 - no internet because rush payment wasn’t made. Crumbs on counter in kitchen. Socks on floor in bedroom. Weird configuration of upstairs to get to the tv room you have to walk through 2 bedrooms. No en-suite in either downstairs “masters” Small showers Downstairs tv is small and tucked in a corner...
