Please note that Black Butte Ranch requires check in upon entrance at the Welcome Center. The awesome staff at the Welcome Center will provide you with a gate code, a parking pass, and a map of the Ranch to help you find our cabin, Golf Home 281!
Late Arrival Instructions – Black Butte Ranch
If you expect to arrive after 9:45 PM, please call the Welcome Center at 541-595-1252. When you call, they’ll collect your information (name, address where you are going, and your license plate number) to allow one-time access through the gates and into our private resort community.”
Just a heads up: once the Welcome Center closes (10:00 PM Sunday–Wednesday, 11:00 PM Thursday–Saturday), guests will not be able to get into the gates without connecting with Welcome Center staff before then. Calling ahead is the best way to ensure you can enter the Ranch without any issues. Note: if we don’t hear from the guest, there is a chance that they will not be able to get entrance to their rental. It’s essential that we connect before our closing time. We want to make sure they’re able to start their vacation with no headaches!
In the morning, it will be necessary to go to the Welcome Center to get gate access and their parking pass. Proper parking and gate credentials are essential and help guests avoid potential police citations.
