5/5 - Excellent
Sirmione has a beautiful castle, great photo opportunities. We also went to Desenzano and Peschieria. We stopped in Sirmione on the way to Ljubljana, Slovenia, so after our stay at Hotel Riel we moved on.

Popular with tourists, but very enjoyable.
beautiful town and area. the upper west side of the lake is the most beautiful and picturesque, but Sirmione's location (at the bottom of the lake) is also very desirable.
Loved this area, beautiful views over the water, great shopping, restaurants, charm, and the grotto ruins were very interesting
The lake is beautiful, but overall it was too crowded for our tastes. The tourist driven nature of the area led to sub par food choices, excessive traffic, etc. Jamaica Beach was beautiful, and worth the walk (or mini train ride) up.
Not much of a beach, but it was nice to walk all around.
