"Excellent customer service with the best breakfast we had during our visit to the Philippines. Staff were always polite, smiley and helpful. Thehotek is new, and they are nicely looking after it. The beach felt premium with no street vendors able to harass you. Its the last hitel on a nice stretch of beach and its less busy than other hotels. One thing I would highlight! The bedroom walls are exceptionally thin, and we could constantly hear people laughing, screaming etc. This effected our sleep in the first 2 nights before I ended up banging on their door and telling them to keep the noise down. It worked, and we had no further issues with sleep. "

Special callout to Eric and JM for their attentive service and friendliness, and Michi and Kim too! They knew what we needed or wanted even before we’d ask. Able was so nice to help resolve an issue we had. The front lobby staff were also very helpful, members were Bryan, RJ, Ryan, and Mike. "
