Newly Renovated family-sized apartment downtown, lots of light!

"It’s a beautiful apartment! My family really enjoyed our stay. Loved the old building charm, which only added to the vibe! We enjoyed walking to the bakery and the coffee shop. (And you have to check out their store below too!) We only had one minor issue in that we happened to be there during the hottest weekend of the summer so far and the configuration of A/C units required that the bedrooms got pretty warm at night if you’d didn’t leave the doors open. There were fans available, which helped. Overall, completely recommend this charming rental."
Reston Inn & Suites

"The Reston is my go to place to stay, when I am working in Spencer. The entire hotel has gone through a remodeling- new carpet, beds, pillows, furniture, etc… it is very clean and the staff is wonderful! All smiles and happy to help. They have a pool, hot tub, and free breakfast! There is also a cappuccino machine and juice machine you can use 24/7. Don’t bother paying the high prices of other hotels. They have everything you need right here. I have stayed at almost every hotel in Spencer/surrounding and this one is my favorite by far. I can’t recommend them enough!"

"Just stayed for one night for a concert. Hotel was nice, front desk was very friendly and helpful. Had a pool but we did not use but it looked nice and had other patrons in there. There was no elevator so keep in mind when hauling luggage up stairs."

"Room was good. Bed was comfortable. Could use some updates and the outside needs an overhaul. With the prices they charge the budget for overhaul is probably non existent. The room was clean and everything worked as expected. Restaurants within walking distance and parking right outside the room. Would stay again."

"Been on the road for a month - a motel almost every night. This was the most clean, well maintained, friendly, helpful place we have been in all month. The woman who seemed to own the motel works so hard, was always working outside cleaning the parking and common areas, watched us and was always handy when we needed something. Really liked this place."

"This is a beautifully kept home placed right across the street from the park and lake. It was such a relaxing weekend and we enjoyed all of the comforts this home offered. I grew up in Storm Lake and this was the perfect setting for my family to take a trip down memory lane. The host was very responsive to any questions I had. They even had a basket of beach towels for us to use at the water park and beach! I would 100% recommend this home if you're visiting the area."

"This home is amazing. We booked for an extended family vacation with 3 families, kids ages 8-17. The extra spaces were so amazing. The kids loved the bunk bed room and were able to play Nintendo and have a great time. The kitchen was beautiful and they had so many items to make the stay easy. We will definitely be back!"
