"We did have a problem on the first night booked 2 twin rooms and only one available which was not ideal but on the second day they really did help and gave us another room which we really appreciated and the man on reception was brilliant even though it was not his fault."

"We had a lovely stay at the Jill Hotel. It is a 2 minute walk from Brussels Midi station. Very good location and super convenient. The soundproofing in this hotel is as very good. For someone who is a light sleeper, I was pleasantly surprised at how well I slept despite trains running through the night and early morning. We picked it so we could easily do day trip to Brugge.
