"This hotel was so nice and spacious. I stayed here for one night when I first arrived in Rovaniemi. It was the first time in Finland and I was traveling alone and I didn’t know what to expect when I booked this hotel, but I loved my stay and the area. The hotel staff was friendly and the room was great. Hotel has parking underground so I didn’t have to worry about parking the car rental outside somewhere. Highly recommend this place. "

"Wonderful stay, but the restaurant was a major letdown. The accommodation, room, and reception staff were all perfect. I loved the sauna and the excellent hair dryer. A special thanks for melting the snow off the windows so I could see the clear sky—it was a beautiful touch! However, the restaurant staff were quite rude and unhelpful, which made me feel very uncomfortable. "We stayed in one of the cottages with a sauna. We loved it. Our cottage was right beside the Forrest. The cottage was lovely with cooking facilities. Market store at SCV made it easy to take a few meals instead of eating out always. We really enjoyed our stay, and loved our time in Lapland. Highly recommend!"
