"The view is amazing..siempre un placer!"

"Caters to locals- music at pool was strictly in spanish. Would have been nice to have a mix. Announcements such as activities were also in spanish. A/C in room leaked, rotating shut off at night made for uncomfortable sleeping and lounge chairs on beach were poor quality. Only way to get good service was to keep tipping. Next time I would stay at higher end all inclusive."

"The adult pools are overly warm, would be nice if somw cool water filtered through them. Food was good, lots of care and attention went in to food preparation and display"

"The rooms were hot - you cannot adjust the air conditioner to further cool the room. The lazy river was inoperable until our last day of an 8 day trip. Also you cannot swim in the ocean at the resort in any day because of rip tides (according to signage) On a positive note - the massages at the spa were great, a few employees were friendly and tried really hard to to go above and beyond. The restaurant meals were delicious with the exception of the buffet. "

"The daily housekeeper during our stay was amazing. Such a wonderful lady.I do wish I could recall her name. Hotel was good.I do wish there had been beach chairs on the beach. Poolside had many. Overall it was a great place to stay."
