"We've been to a lot of all-inclusive resorts and this one was fabulous. We brought 4 kids and they had an absolute blast in the Kids Club, The Kids Club staff were so fun and energetic and kept the kids entertained with crafts, games, and more. Our older son loved the Teen Club and video games there. Joaquin down at the pool side Kitchen was super helpful and kept the french fries and cheese pizzas coming! Sandra at the buffet made the best fresh omelettes and checked on our family often.
We really liked being able to go to the Coco Cafe coffee shop and having fresh lattes both hot and cold all day long.
We also had couples massages at the spa and the staff were so professional, friendly, and we felt pampered and comfortable. The staff even put up birthday signs for my husbands birthday in the spa and back on our hotel room door.
The pools were clean and we didn't have to fight for chairs. The lazy river and water slides kept us cool in the humid weather and were fun and relaxing.
Overall we loved this resort and would be happy to come back!"
