"Worst hotel stay we’ve ever had. Specifically booked this hotel for the water park (this was the cover photo on Expedia) and it was closed and has been since January. Then when we arrived we had booked a 2 queen room with a sofa bed and there was no sofa bed so we had to request a cot. It took asking the front desk for one twice and over an hour wait just to receive one with a broken frame. Rooms were disgustingly dusty - nothing in our room worked, the TV didn’t work at all, hair dryer didn’t...
