A small, single-story building with a porch and a window with a curtain.

1. Grand Cottage on Sydenham Lake

Perth Road

"Its location in a wonderful place near a lake - but building should have maintained in a better way. Its a four bed room, with only 1 queen bed and rest are all single bed / bunk beds poor lightings overall the cottage - and no lamps bathroom - no proper shower - no toilet papers - no lock - no door mats, I will not recommand for large groups. If well maintained this place is good to spend a peaceful stay."

Top Simcoe Island Hotel Reviews

Kingston Marriott

10/10 Excellent

"Great stay, centrally located!"

Holiday Inn Express & Suites Kingston Central by IHG

10/10 Excellent

"The hotel was very clean! The staff was helpful and very pleasant. We reserved the King size bed with jacuzzi tub, met our expectations on every level! The bed was comfortable and the room/tub/ bathroom were spotless! A coffee maker, fridge, sink and microwave were in the room. You need to bring your own plates and utensils. The hotel is located a 10 minute drive from downtown Kingston. It is right across from a pharmacy and dollarama( we picked up plates etc from there). The breakfast every morning had both hot and cold options and was not repetative. We would stay again for sure!"

Home2 Suites by Hilton Kingston

10/10 Excellent

"Efficient check in and quick check out. Rooms had everything we needed. Better breakfast selection than many other hotels we've stayed at. It was nice having the coffee, tea and hot water available in the afternoon. We had hot chocolate to warm us up from our adventures. Some hall noise during the night but not crazy."
