Villa Charlotte is a modern and spacious villa, perfect for large groups or families seeking comfort, leisure, and privacy all in one place.



On the ground floor, the living room is bright and inviting, ideal for social gatherings. This floor also includes a twin bedroom with an en-suite bathroom, as well as a guest bathroom for convenience.



The first floor features four double bedrooms, three of which have en-suite bathrooms, plus an additional bathroom for extra comfort.



The lower floor offers four more bedrooms designed to accommodate different needs: one with four bunk beds, one with a double bed, one with two single beds, and one with four single beds. This floor also has two bathrooms and a games room equipped with a pool table, table tennis, and foosball.



The kitchen is fully equipped and connects directly to the outdoor area.



Outside, the heatable pool (additional cost), two jacuzzis XL (additional cost), barbecue, and outdoor dining area create the perfect setting to relax and enjoy.



Located in Armação de Pêra, close to the beach and within walking distance of restaurants, bars, and local shops.



The changeover day for this property is Saturday (however, there may be flexibility in low season).

If your flights are already booked or your dates are fixed and do not match the property's changeover day, please send us an inquiry before booking to confirm if your dates can be accommodated.



This property is self-catered. For your convenience, welcome food baskets can be booked in advance (additional cost).



Pool heating is always an added value for your holiday, especially when traveling with children. When the pool heating is activated, the water temperature will always be 5ºC to 8ºC higher than it would be without heating.

Renting a car is not essential for your stay, given the property’s location. However, if you wish, we will be happy to assist with the car rental. We can also arrange transfers if needed.



Group deposit: € 400 per guest (payment by credit/debit card).

From the 27th to the 34th guest, an additional fee will be charged, which includes additional beds.
