"Nice and spacey room with great swimming pool and a lot of facilities. Great dinner and breakfast."

"Everything was upto the mark and met expectations."

"Hotel was great and as advertised. Only thing was that my “city view” room (which cost extra) was internal and overlooking an internal kids courtyard with no view at all. Of anything."

"We had a lovely stay at this hotel. The service was excellent, with friendly and attentive staff who made us feel very welcome. The hotel itself was lovely, and the breakfast was fantastic, offering a great choice of options to suit everyone. The complimentary shuttle service to the shopping mall was a great bonus, along with convenient links to the MTR and the airport shuttle, making getting around easy. "This was my fourth stay here. The location is convenient for visiting Disney, shopping, and dining, and the staff were very kind—I had a wonderful time. I will definitely stay here again. I have one question: as an Expedia Platinum member, am I not eligible for "VIP Access" benefits?"

"Very clean and tidy and close to Hong Kong Disney with a shuttle offered which was great"

"如果有小朋友，強烈建議預留時間在酒店及提早預約鯊魚冒險島，小火車及兒童游泳池。"

"Perfect for young families"

"Good location"

"The Regala Hotel was not bad but not worth the price. While the staff was excellent, the room was small with a poor design. The outdoor pool got no sun. The food was not good. The worst thing was that you had to take a bus to get to any restaurant or shopping and the subway to get anywhere else. There was no connected mall to the hotel. It wasn't built yet. Because there was nothing close to the hotel other than the airport, everyone wanted to use the curtesy bus to get to restaurants or...

"I did not know about I needed to put HK$500 cash when i check in. They should have messaged me so I could bring more cash."

"The staff was friendly and the roo was clean"

"Location is good."
