"We have stayed here many times and it’s been great. However, this time the pool area was closed. The water barely trickled out of the bathroom sink faucet and the fan had a loud annoying squeak. Everything else was great, as usual."

Staff was a solo person, the same person when I checked in and in the morning when I checked out - friendly enough, but unable to be very helpful on their own."
