Het appartement had alles in zich om een fijne vakantie te hebben. Volledige keuken inventaris, vaatwasmachine! Bedden goed. "We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at The Pillows. It has elegance without being 'stuffy' and is beautifully furnished and decorated. Our rooms had balconies to relax overlooking the courtyard with gardens and seating for food and drink. We found the beds and pillows really comfortable and appreciated the amenities provided (robes and slippers, toiletries and coffee pod machine). The hotel has several restaurants of different ambiance, one offering a buffet breakfast with a good range of hot and cold food. For us, the location was ideal, with all of the historic sites and eateries within a short walk, yet away from the crowds and noise along the canal in the centre of the old city. The hotel can be reached by trams and buses from the station. Ghent is a beautiful city for a short break. It is also less than an hour by train to Bruges, Antwerp, Brussels, the coast at Ostend and Ypres is just over an hour. We would definitely stay at the Pillows again as a base to visit any of the sights in Flanders."
