"We absolutely loved our stay at Hotel Excelsior!! The hotel was very close to the train station and the staff were especially welcoming and friendly!! The room was beautifully maintained and clean, and we even had a small balcony that allowed us to enjoy the warm air of the French Riviera!!"

"The web site photos make the building look huge and elegant. Not so. It was a very plain hotel in a residential area. The rooms do not have a closet or drawers to unpack your luggage so if you’re planning on staying for multiple days, this makes it a bit difficult. There is a wall area with a few hangers but not a closet. The fan in the bathroom did not work and when I inquired on this, they did not have a solution of the problem."

Super close to the beach and they had umbrellas and mats to borrow if you needed them. Cute street a short walk away from the main area with restaurants and about 20 minutes walk from Old Town.
