This unique 2 bed / 2 bath Old Florida home features over 150 feet of private waterfront—perfect for those seeking peace, privacy, and beautiful views. The entire property is leased to only one party with an oversized pool just steps below for relaxing or entertaining.

Enjoy easy water access with your own private boat ramp and spacious dock—ideal for boating, kayaking, or simply taking in the calm sea breeze with your morning coffee. The upper terrace offers a grill and serene canal views, where dolphins and manatees are often seen passing by.

Just a short walk away, you'll find the quiet beauty of North Shell Beach and its stunning sunsets. Siesta Beach and the shops and restaurants of Siesta Village are only a 5-minute drive.

For your convenience, the home includes four beach chairs, an umbrella, a cooler, and two kayaks—everything you need to make the most of your stay.

House spelled musty; dishes/pots & pans were dirty; pool was dirty; property was in disarray. After a phone call to the owner, our stay was cancelled and money refunded. It wasn't a good situation for us. We had to find other accommodations after 6:00 pm.

This is a beautiful home in great location. We enjoyed fishing off the ramp. And the pool was amazing. We were close to shopping, activities & beaches. I highly recommend.

Overall this a dream home, stay was great and amazing , only down fall for me was the boat ramp needing some repairs. If you dont gave 4x4 drive you may have to wait till hide tide. But over all the experience of family memories was great. Love the neighbors too also very nice

Great place, great location, great hosts

This home and property is beautiful. The views are awesome. We love to fish and having a boat ramp right on the property was a huge plus. Had a great time and hope to come back.

Perfect location

Nice property that is being renovated so parts of home are not part of rental. Property manager was very helpful got air conditioning fixed same day ( which was a holiday)The pool nice and deep. Beautiful neighborhood and very close to beach.

Property has beautiful waterfront views w/lots of amenities.

A short drive got our toes into the one of the most beautiful beaches on the West Coast. Biking the Legacy Trail was amazing!! Sarasota Farmers Market on Saturday's is GREAT! Lot's of great shopping & dining experiences in Siesta Key & St. Armand's Square. Don't overlook Bread Bandits on S Osprey & Walt's on S Tamiami Trail. Both are worthy of 5 stars!

Great stay!

House was as described, clean and had the needed supplies for our stay. In a quiet residential area, about 5 minutes from Siesta Key Beach. Worked well for us and our dogs. Excellent communication with the host, very helpful. No complaints

Great experience

We hard a great stay. The house is directly on the water, my son loves fishing of the dock everyday. The private pool was a life saver. Chris, property manager, was very helpful and responsive. The apartment was very clean and as advertised. The surrounding area was great.

Anniversary Getaway

Really enjoyed our stay at this property! Sunlight filled the main living area making it very bright and inviting. All the rooms were nicely decorated and the layout was very open and spacious. We loved the private pool and deck area! We had everything we needed and had a great time!

Great place to stay in Siesta Key

Really enjoyed ourselves here - beautiful spot and the house is great ( more to come when the rest of it has been done up too). Electrics are quirky but rather enjoyed solving them! Quiet position on the canal but only a short drive or trolley ride to the main beaches. Great range of things to use in the pool or take to the beach too

Paradise

We could not have asked for more! Screened in pool that is consistently refreshing. Covered area outside the pool with a large couch and TV to eat lunch before getting right back in the pool. Beautiful fishing dock where a manatee swam right by us twice! Large kitchen equipped with everything you might need. 2 screened in balconies: one for grilling and one for drinks after the kids are all tucked in. We could hear the chattering of dolphins while relaxing on the balcony! The owners are fantastic with communication. We were in paradise for a week and cannot wait to come back! Thank you!!

The best location ever

This house is amazing. If you like the water, there isn’t a more ideal place to stay. There’s a drop in right there that you can use provided kayaks or we brought our own SUP boards and it was great. If you go right on the water it takes you to an island you can explore and trails. If you go left through the channel all the way out (only 15 minutes or so paddling) it takes you to a sand bar! If you’re feeling up to it you can also paddle out to Lido beach about 1.5 miles over the water away. Beats a 30 minute Uber to lido. The owner gives everything you need for the beach. If you prefer the pool, the facility is amazing. The house was also stocked with everything you could need for cooking, and clean. Host was great with communication. Can’t wait to come back.

Great house and location!

This was a really great vacation spot! Very clean, close to lots of activities and the beach, but a private and quiet street. The pool was perfect, as well as the dock to fish. Great communication and overall an excellent vacation house. Thanks for letting us make our memories there!

Great house with boat ramp

We loved staying here! The house has its own boat ramp, which allowed us to bring our boat and enjoy it every day. We also loved the large screened in pool area. We would recommend this house to others!

Wonderful Stay

We had a great stay and the house is amazing. It was absolutely perfect for my small family of 3. Hubby fished all week and at the end of the road there is a little beach at the bay. It’s a great walk and beautiful sunset.

beautiful area

The property has great potential: however it needs new bedding. The mattress's were old and hard, almost like sleeping on a box springs. The pillows were so old they were an inch thick. The linens were very old and stained as well. The person we contacted was very concerned and nice. He replaced the pillows and gave us a mattress pad. It helped a little.
