AMAZING views from this 5th floor 2BR/2BA condo overlooking the Beach and the Gulf! Brand New to our Rental Program! Spacious living, dining, lanai and kitchen, all with views of the water! King bed in master bedroom, full view of the water, with glass sliders out to the lanai. Very spacious master bath with large soaking tub (no shower.) Two twin beds in the guest bedroom. Guest bathroom has very gorgeous walk-in shower. Sleeper sofa couch in the living room. Washer and Dryer. Condo sleeps a maximum of 6 total guests. Complimentary wi-fi, phones, cable all included. Come enjoy this wonderful condo and the use of your own private piece of white-sand, award winning, Crescent Beach on Siesta Key!

A Little Piece of Heaven!

This property is, in my opinion, in the perfect location. So close to the beach, pool, restaurants, market, church and the Village! The resort is clean and well-maintained. The beach chair/umbrella service was a very nice perk! Communication wasn't the best as I had to email and call to pay the remainder of the rental and to find out how to check in. The condo has a nice floor plan but is showing wear. Basic maintenance is not being done on a regular basis. The carpet (yes, carpet is in most of the condo) needs to be cleaned or replaced. Not a lot of attention to details throughout the condo. However, the balcony is amazing (we spent a lot of time on the balcony in the morning and evening), as is the shower in the master bath. I would definitely consider staying at the resort, Midnight Cove, in the future.

Clean, nice grounds. Well kept. Condo was clean and had a great view. Powder soft sand on the beach! We had a great time.

Fun in Siesta Key

We loved this property! The property management is very organized and friendly and the condo itself is very nice and was very clean on check-in. Our only negative is having carpet in the living room, but that was outweighed by how nice and updated everything else was.
