"This apartment is great! Very spacious and comfortable for our month long stay in Siena. Rooms are big and high ceilings make it feel even bigger. Fantastic location - easy to walk around to all of the city center. We loved our stay here!"

"We had trouble finding it and did not have a phone number to use to find it. Someone finally responded to the web inquiry and met us and let us in. Then when we used out key it wouldn't work. They sent someone and their key didn't work either. Then they figured out how to get us in, and it was good from there. The place was OK but you did have to climb a spiral metal stair to the bed / Loft. You had to go up and down to use the bathroom and that was not convenient especially at night. "

"Positives: Good location for exploring Siena and easy to find. Support was good during our stay if we had issues. Negatives: At entrance to the main square so noisy. Ear plugs are essential at night to offset noisy restaurants til 1am. Teenagers singing at 3am. Bins at 7am. Shower was ridiculously small. TVs were old, if you want internet bring HDMI lead. Lounge area not cosy. Lighting poor in lounge for reading."
