Das Hotel ist nicht sehr groß aber es hat 2 Pools, tolle Zimmer, super Personal und klasse Essen. Es war einfach ein Spitzen Urlaub und uns wurde immer geholfen, ob es Kleinigkeiten oder größere Ausflüge waren

The property is gorgeous and very nice to relax from the hustle and bustle of the city. The rooms are spacious and all well equipped. The staff was always friendly and asking if there was anything they could do. Special thanks to Daniel the resort manager who went above and beyond to make us comfortable....he's a great guy and did a super job!!!

友人と2泊しました。 ホテルの部屋は広く、周囲も静かで快適でした。 ・特によかった点 とにかくスタッフがみんなフレンドリーで、顔と名前をすぐ覚え、話しかけてくれる。SamNy, Sinannありがとう。 朝食場、掃除のスタッフも感じがよかった。 部屋が広い。室内にある大きなお風呂もよかった。 プールは二つ、卓球スペースもあった 静かな住宅地にあり、森の中にあるリゾートホテルという趣き 困ったことがあってもスタッフがすぐ対応してくれる 市街地まではトゥクトゥク利用が基本だが、歩いても15分くらいと便利 ・改善希望点 室内のファンの音が大きく、眠る時に気になる シャワーブースが必要以上に広いが、シャワーヘッドは取り外しできない 大きな窓ははめ込みで開けられないので、部屋にいると外気に触れられない

Amazing service and staff

Had an amazing few nights with friends in Model Angkor Resort. Staff were incredibly friendly, taking the time to get to know us and our names. A huge shout out to front office, Samny who even took us back to the airport in person. Good variety in buffet and fresh noodles for breakfast. Pools were spacious and quiet and the tuktuk service arenfed by the hotel was excellent. Highly recommend and definitely will return

The best of our asia tour!!

Hands down the best place we stayed on our asia tour. The food was phenomenal, the staff went out of their way to learn our names. Cleanliness was wonderful. They had a salt water and regular pool, sauna, massage services and more. You didnt have to leave the resort but to see angkor wat! We loved the secluded atmosphere and it would b perfect for get togethers. We had no idea how big it was until we wandered around. Plus u cant beat the price.

ホテルの外観、スタッフのサービス、料理、その他諸々とても満足しています。何よりスタッフさんの心遣いがとても嬉しかったです。空港までの送迎や観光地までのタクシーの手配、最終日飛行機が朝早い為テイクアウト用に朝ご飯を用意してくれたりと、終始気持ちよく過ごす事が出来ました。次回もまた利用したいです。

15 min drive from city centre. Food is good, better than most restaurants outside. Airconditioner was leaking, but was fixed while we were in the room, inconveniencing us. Staff are very friendly.

Perfect hotel in almost every way, staff were best I've ever met and so helpful. Slightly outside the centre but to be honest it's a good thing as you get a quieter night's sleep.

Quiet and comforting stay! Extremely pleasent staff whom never fail to greet you by your name and ask how's your day. They even remember details like your flight time and which day you're checking out - really nice of them. My favourite staff was Joy, he's always so pleasent with a huge geniune smile.

I found the staffs very warm, friendly and helpful. However, I didnt like the rooms in the old wing as it was dim...The new wing however, was really clean, bright and has that sense of warmth.(unlike the older wing)

Don’t trust them with your money

Dishonest staff took advantage of our generosity. For our orders at the pool we always paid in cash giving a gracious tip, meanwhile the waiter asked to sign the bill as well. We thought it was a hotel policy. Checking out we were asked to handle our open bills and got presented with all the already paid things. Arguing with it didn’t help because we almost missed our flight and for 3 days the staff took our money and immediately put it into their pocket. The manager handled it inappropriately and made us pay for our purchases again. As I was disputing the claim the receptionist was pushing my friend to leave a review on various websites. We felt mistreated. What an unfortunate experience that spoiled our memory of Cambodia. I still can’t believe it happened to us!

Hotel requires maintenance. Staff very friendly

The staff were lovely. Hotel is shabby, walls and floors have stains on them, flaky paint, holes in wooden floor, no water on two occasions, air condition did not work and the TV did not work. Staff did there best but are working in an environment that needs attention. This hotel is not 5 star and I would have rated my experience as 1 if it was not for the staff, who are a credit to the hotel. The hotel did provide a free massage for us not having TV that we booked and paid for.

Awesome hotel!

Excellent hotel! With great pools and friendly staff! First time at Siem Riep and we loved this hotel! It includes roundtrip transfer from airport and breakfast (which is really good). If you have the chance you should try massages, they are really good!
