"The staff were excellent and extremely helpful. The location is the worst place rendering the experience being unsatisfactory. On the website they stated about shuttle bus services to the nearest town and after enquiry it turns out the shuttle service is only for the beach. Using local taxi services was very expensive and something we were not expecting. Breakfast was great, but the rooms had a sewage smell that the friendly staff couldn't get rid of and they were fully booked so they were unable to relocate us to a different room. With young family I will not revisit this hotel as location and amenities don't suite our needs"
"We stayed on a full-board package and were very disappointed with our experience.
There was no buffet service during our stay. Instead, guests were given exactly the same set menu for both lunch and dinner every day throughout our five-day stay. Several menu items were frequently unavailable, including items such as Caesar salad and chips. On one occasion, we were told that pizza was unavailable, yet after speaking with the manager it suddenly became available, which made the dining experience feel inconsistent and frustrating. This did not meet our expectations of a full-board holiday.
We also experienced ants in our room on arrival. After reporting the issue, the room was sprayed, but dead ants and spray residue were left behind. We contacted reception again as there were still live ants present and requested a room change several times. After waiting a number of hours, we were eventually moved to another room.
Both the gym and lounge were closed for renovation during our stay. These facilities were unavailable, yet this was not disclosed before booking. Guests should be informed in advance when advertised facilities are closed, whether on the hotelâs website or through booking platforms.
We raised our concerns during our stay but no compensation or meaningful resolution was offered. The combination of the limited food offering, room issues and unavailable facilities significantly affected our stay and did not provide the experience we expected from a full-board holiday"
"The hotel was full of cats and the room was dirty as soon as we walked in. We asked to be moved to another room and they said they would just quickly clean our room. Our sink was faulty and toilet seat was falling off. There was loud noises every morning as there was work going on. Cleaners missed a whole day of cleaning our room. Bugs all over the room every day and in the shower. Booking said it was all inclusive but when we got to the hotel they said it was breakfast only and we went back and forth with the hotel and Expedia about this but the hotel was unreachable. Everytime we contacted reception from our room they would just cut the call. Would not recommend this hotel. "

This is my second stay in this hotel and I have to say this stay was worse than the first. My first time was with the children back in 2022 and we didnt really spend a lot of time at the hotel. But, this time I travelled with my brother and disabled mother and we spent a lot of time at the hotel and give a better review of our experience.
The rooms are standard and the decor outdated. Bathrooms need a big upgrade and are dirty.
Hotel food is awful, so I will not recommend eating here or getting an all inclusive. First night we decided to have dinner as we checked in late. We paid about ÂŁ25 each, the food was Morrocan and awaful, small buffet. We hardly didnt eat any of the starters or mains and just had a little dessert. The waiter was aware of this and decided to charge only for two of us and not my mother, because she didnt hardly touch anything.
Breakfast is bad and is the same everyday. But everyone sticks with it due to it being included in the hotel room.
Lastly, I will like to point out the disabled facilities are awful. We asked for a wheelchair for my mum and they gave us a broken one, telling us thats the only one they have left. Even when we travelled in April and it was low season.
To conclude my experience in Morroco is that if your a minority you will get a bad service.
In particular if your French or Caucasian you will get a better service!"
