Everything was phenomenal, the food excellent, the wine list, the treatment of the staff, the room very comfortable and clean.
The only detail that I didn't like is that they don't have irons or ironing service in the hotel, it required irons my shirt and pants and they required 24 hours to do it.

Absolutely fantastic, great location on the bank of river Danube with a stunning view over towards Fruska Gora. Great amenities and highly professional staff who would really make you feel at home. Highly recommend.

It was very nice. The only negative thing is egg station. I asked for omelette with ham, mushrooms and cheese and they literally put 1 teaspoon of each. Also they fry those for 3 seconds so your ingredients will be raw and I do not like raw mushrooms. Everything else perfect.

This is adults only hotel spa. The suite was as good as it gets. Parking was free and plentiful. This is important as you pretty much have to have a car. Stunning surroundings. If you really must have the whole nine yards, Fruške Terme Movenpack is a sister hotel which you can use.
Breakfast was a great buffet. I would not eat every meal in the hotel. Luckily, there are several small local restaurants near by. Or, you may choose to use the kitchenet.
I fully recommend it.

Kombinat Rooms was an excellent choice to stay, the customer service at the front desk and the restaurant was exceptional. The free breakfast was amazing was absolutely delicious. I would definitely recommend staying here as you are also close to the city center. Thank you to the staff, and it was a pleasure.

The only thing I dislike is when you say the SPA working time is from 9am till 10pm, that should mean client can go and use SPA from 9am, not 10am while everything is ready inside of the object. I would prefere more that you say SPA is working from 10am till 10pm so I can manage my time.

The best staff. Lazar, one of the waiters in the hotel restaurant was unbelievably great. Everyone was wonderful, but his customer service skills were outstanding. This is a great hotel. Can't wait to go back the next time I visit Novi Sad. Just a heads up that there is a bit of a walk to the city center.
