"Fantastic hotel, unbeatable location and the most friendly and courteous staff. I was here for five nights, one night solo on my own and the next four nights my parents joined me. I Experienced a solo room, which I found to be spacious and everything I really needed as a solo traveler, the family room was perfect. There are many hotels in the area, but honestly, I don’t think I would choose to stay anywhere else. A special thank you to the staff at breakfast, incredibly professional and efficient. "

"Everything was exceptional. We arrived late in the evening and our original hotel couldn’t be found and didn’t answer our calls (booked on Agoda- never again) so I hopped on hotels.com and booked two rooms at the Centara. Front desk was so helpful and understanding and got us in and set up in upgraded rooms. The rooms are large and have everything you need and a beautiful view of the river, city and mountains. The following morning the concierge helped us book a great private tour of the Chiang Rai temples and a longneck village. Our driver Bank was kind and friendly. Just nice to be at a property where they staff is obviously happy. Will make this my second home going forward when I visit. Kudos to the GM. You’re doing a fine job. "
