"Property is not overall clean looking. Staffs are somewhat unhelpful in the rooms are humid. Property also has several doors leading to the outside that seem relatively accessible to the public. I saw a homeless man walking in the hallway, which was a bit concerning. I did speak to a manager about my experiences and complained about one staff person in particular, and it was or at least seem to be remedy immediately. I would not likely stay there again. The only pluses is that it is in close walking distance to shops. Although the area close to shops and restaurants looks like it used to be a thriving area, but has somewhat fallen on disarray."
