The staff member was friendly. The room was older and slightly dirty but ok for a single noghts sleep we were using it for. The elevator though is a DEATH TRAP!!! We went uo to the third floor and halfway up the elevator started to shake violently and came to a stop between floors. Then upon starting again began shaking violently again until the doors opened. We took the stairs down where another guest asked us if we had the same experience. They decided to check out and find a different hotel. Would not stay again at this location.

The bedding was clean. However the floors hadn't been mopped, the elevator was unavailable for two days of our stay. Had to take the stairs. When the elevator was working it had a very loud boom and serving sound. The staff stated the elevator was recently repaired and the maintenance person was called again. The other issues was due to feeling unsafe because all doors outside near stairwell stayed proped open. I had to ask several times for clean towels.

They gave away our room and couldn’t accommodate our sleeping needs for our family of 5. The hotel was not in good shape, pool was in shambles, dirty walls and floors, smelled bad, and there was an odor of vomit in the elevator.

The hotel can use some updating, towels were on the small size, tv service needs updating basic local channels no cable. Ample parking and staff was pleasant. Would I stay again? maybe but only for a night, not a long stay nor with kids LOL

Room was clean, breakfast was fine. But during the night, people were going in and out of their rooms and the door was very noisy when it closed. It lasted for hours. Back and forth. I could hear people upstairs walking constantly through the night. I guess it’s not well insulated.

Price is good and the staff is great. The hotel need upgrade refrigerator doesn't work in most room air conditioning doesn't work in most rooms elevator shakes real bad. If everyone trying to take a shower you have no water pressure.
