"The hotel was easy to find. I found it a bit of a struggle to wheel my suitcase over the rough tarmac in the car park. Once I got to the front steps there was a notice that you could get help with baggage!
Check-in was reasonably quick.
I was given clear directions on finding my room and the key card wallet had the WiFi password on it.
