"This was a lovely clean, well situated property. We arrived with a hire car & the staff went out of their way to help us understand the parking process. The parking staff were also wonderful. Would definitely stay here again."

"Staff was extremely helpful. As soon as the taxi arrive at the entrance, staff was ready to greet us, help with the luggage, drinks, and check-in process They have a shuttle that pick people up from Odawara station and Gora station that we did not use. We did use it to get from hotel to Gora station though Breakfast is good. Dinner was also great but both nights had similar dinner"

"Excellent location!! Super close to Gora station, which is where the Hakone railway ends and The Hakone Loop starts. Multiple bus stops near and food options as well. Property had everything you could want. Public/private onsen, big breakfast buffet selection, and tons of space to hang out and relax. Free snacks and beer every evening as well. Recommend"
