"The rooms are old, bad ventilated and do smell bad. The hotel is used as hub for flight crews, noisy tourist groups ...so do not expect undisturbed nights ... it is very noisy. The stuff is generally helpful and friendly, but not on top of the situation. They were unable to provide me with the room type as ordered and where not able to compensate for that ... I am very disappointed."

"Love the spacious room and cosy atmosphere. The hotel is at a quiet spot which is easily accessible by free airport shuttle and driving. Great value for money."

"This hotel is perfect for a layover at NRT. It’s close to the airport, has a free and timely airport shuttle, and the breakfast buffet is great. There’s a Lawsons in the lobby and several restaurant options. My family stays here when our flight arrives late and we don’t want to take a bus or express train to Tokyo, or when we have to catch a connecting flight the next day."

"Everything needed for a quick refresh. Plus nice buffet breakfast. And inexpensive!"
