"Really great stay, staff is very kind and the location is perfect for travel. Room was clean, and there were plenty of amenities. It would be nicer if the pool was available all year."

"Hotel is beautiful. They have an indoor pool, sauna (fee), gym, massage chairs (coin) and a gorgeous garden outside. Keep in mind if you want to do the breakfast or lunch buffet it requires an online registration the day before, we didn't know this and were unable to join. They do have a 24hr family mart inside for your convenience. Also free airport shuttle about every 30 mins or so."

"Clean, quiet, comfortable rooms. Excellent breakfast, one of the best we had in Japan. Friendly staff. Convenient shuttle to Narita airport, but they don't drive too frequently to the airport (once per hour). Narita is a nice town to visit too, within walking distance"
