"Incredible grounds and maintenance on the property. Very quick responses via email before we even arrived. Instead of writing a lengthy report, I think it is enough to say that I can’t really point out any faults."

"Great place in a great location! "

"Food is really good. Buffet style."

"This property is extremely well managed. The hotel itself is rather dated and during our stay the outdoor onsen was not accessible. However, the staff (from management to server) do their utmost to accomodate their guests. We had an excellent stay and enjoyed the service to the fullest."

"The design is really nice and stylish, with friendly staff and a good breakfast!"

"Amazing stay."

"We loved how spacious our rooms were and the fully equipped kitchen and large dining table which allowed us to cook and have dinner in one night which was a nice change. This was the best hotel we stayed at during this trip"

"Great place to stay for skiing. Walk to lifts, very handy spot. "

"A top place to stay in Hirafu, Niseko. Excellent location, and staff could not be more helpful and assisting. Studio room 402 has great views up towards the ski slopes. Modern and well equipped, I would choose to stay here again."

"I was a impeccable stay from start to finish. The room, the facilities and specially the service was better than expected. I highly recommend."

"Amazing place! Yotei mountain view was fantastic."

"Loved our stay. The hotel is really close to the ski fields and rental shops. Right in the center of town. It had a little kitchen which was great to make a cup of tea and toast in the morning. "

"Awesome kitchen, room, set up for skis boots and shoes, love the heater to help dry wet snow gear Only challenge is communication ahead of time, if the WhatsApp contact was shared earlier, then that would have been really helpful because the email doesn’t work, can’t call the international number when already out of country, but WhatsApp works, thanks!!"

"The room was las clean and spacious. The staff were wonderful! We will stay here again. "

"Very nice, beautiful house"

"Good location, great interior layout and kitchen equipment, and fabulous hospitality by the two lady staff (Malaysian and European). Thank you."

"The room was very clean and spacious "

"This was a great little place to ski and stay in Niseko. Very central to all the things in Hirafu. It’s about a 10-15 min walk to the ski lift but still great. The staff were super helpful in helping us get a ride to the airport in Chitose when we got stuck without a rental car that we were expecting. Great stay. Would stay here again."

"Great apartment - bright, modern, clean, high ceilings. Note single beds only though. Would definitely stay again"

"10/10 recommend staying here. Amazing staff, location, and area. "
