"This was a fantastic retreat. I was unsure what to expect but found it was better than I expected, somehow. As a family with young kids, my two just loved if from the moment we arrived. The cabin had toys and fun items (& chocolate) as well as having an outdoor play space and a creek to go exploring. But with undercover parking, outdoor fire pit, bbq on porch, the accommodation was just fantastic. Couldn't be happier with our stay"

"Close to national parks, bushwalking and viewing of platypus. Not a lot of bird life to be had - arrived in the clouds and mist, departed the same way with some rain thrown in. Wi-fi and TV connections were non-existent during our stay - many drop outs and breaking up of signal."

"The manager checked us in and was incredibly friendly and obliging, and the cleaning staff were also lovely. The motel looked to have been recently renovated and was done very tastefully, and the room was spacious and well equipped. It was great being located so close to the beach, and very close to where our function was held."
