"The management company were absolutely terrible, we had a broken fridge was not working. Not matter what we said, even after they said they attended themselves and then sent an engineer (we were not present both occasions) following morning. They reported it was working and said the only issue was that the exceptional hot weather may cause the fridge to not working! The freezer section was working so couldn't be the case. "Great location in the heart of Winchcombe but tucked away and private. A well equipped cottage with washing machine and dishwasher, lovely big bed, comfortable lounge and a courtyard garden. There was a somw noise from the pub garden two doors down, particularly when they had a live band on, but it didnt go on too late. The bath was one of those with an accessible door on it so you can walk in and a hoist which made it a little strange , but shower was fine. Great stay. Will stay again."

"Lovely little bolt hole next to a great pub. The bed was very comfy and the shower was amazing. The outside seating is overlooked by the main road and due to roadworks it was a bit too busy with standing traffic to sit outside. The pub next door was very good and we enjoyed an evening meal and breakfast the next day."
