"Room was very narrow and kept catching my arm in the wall mounted TV. Buffet breakfast was basic but nice. Unlimited soft drinks available throughout the day which was nice after heat outside. Had a kettle but no cups, tea/coffee etc. the freezer box door was missing so all our drinks and food snacks froze and we had to throw them away. Bathroom was ok but bit dated."

"Great stuff beautiful hotel big room. A lot of amenities were provided. Overall experience was amazing. Didn’t get Charge to try the food because we went there at night and we left in the morning but amazing customer service the most important thing it was just walking distance from the train station, we were able to walk to the train station to take our bullet back to Tokyo we went to for one night to join our day trip for Kyoto that was booked with Expedia.
