"Stayed one night on the way home to Ontario from Florida. Booked the hotel through Expedia with ALL taxes and fees included. After checking out I received an unexpected email from Springhill Suites for an additional $7 US !? Called the hotel and they add $4 facility fee for parking and a $3 emergency services fee. I think Expedia should do their due diligence and be aware of the extra charges."

"Friendly, courteous staff. When our toilet didn’t flush we were immediately given another room, no questions asked. Breakfast exceeded expectations. While an older hotel, seemed clean, all appliances worked, and didn’t hear a lot of noise. Unbelievable package for the price."
