The air conditioner was not needed. We turned the heater on briefly and it worked very well. The washer and dryer were both great. The shower rooms and bathrooms were excellent. The beds were nice. We enjoyed our stay veryuch and would gladly stay there again. Also, the neighborhood was very pleasant for walking.
