"When I booked this property, I did not think all of it was not renovated. I should have done my research more. The room i received was not up to par, not only it was far side of the resort, as well as the sheets had mold spots on them. After going to the front desk to ask for a different room, not only because when i booked that was not what i booked for but i don’t want to stay in no room that the bed have mold. The young lady at the front desk was very understanding and tried to resolve things for me, but unfortunately requests fell short, not only i never got a room the bed was never got looked at. I had to be the one to go back to the front desk to again ask after staying out of my room for half of the day because that’s what i was told( someone would come look at it) This property has so much potential, all they have to do is renovate all of it. As well as why is the water park a separate fee? This resort is booked because of the water park I’m sure but you have to pay a separate fee for it which is insane to me"

"The property was old dinghy in need of repair and had a very bad smell. We checked in went to the rooms and left immediately. This place is horrible!"

"The first room smelled bad. The second room had a dirty floor. I found a maintenance closet and borrowed the broom to clean it my self. "

"It’s a very beautiful hotel but they charge for everything and you feel as if You’re getting robbed because of it."

"The pool and bar area were fantastic. Many restaurant choices in the hotel and staff was great. Highly recommend "

"Large spacious condo, very clean, perfect location. Very comfortable beds. Large balcony with a view of the lake and pool."
