"Did not get to tour the water park area or any pools due to weather but trying to sleep in the room was impossible unless you wake up at 5 am. You could hear everything from the main hallway in echo. Doors slamming, people yelling down the hall. It was horrible. No luggage carts to be found and the internet and tv were useless."

"This was a very good value. Unfortunately, our room was on the backside near I four which got a little loud at times, but the room was nice, updated and clean, and the beds very comfortable. Staff was great, and the breakfast bar was simply amazing. If I could give it 4 1/2 stars, I certainly feel it justifies that."

"Food was great, pool is large and fun! Good property to stay on if you’re going to Universal for multiple days. Not much to do on the property or around it. "

"Wonderful stay!!!! I would definitely return! I loved the spacious areas, the pool and hot tub were great! That hot tub is huge compared to most hotels. "
