"We paid for a pool view room but when we arrived, we were given a parking lot view. When I called down to the front desk they said they could not accommodate the change. Interesting as the hotel did not appear to be full- in fact, on check-in they tried to have me pay for an upgrade to two other classes of room. Hotel was lovely and pools were great. Angry that I paid for pool view but did not receive. "

"Our shower nozzle sprayed everywhere causing the bathroom to be soaking wet everywhere and the floors in the entire room made your feet black if you weren’t wearing shoes. Beds were clean, staff was great. "
