"We were expecting the rooms to look like the pictures but they did not look like them. The hallway was full of dead mosquitoes and did not get cleaned in the days we were there. We felt like we were in a 3 star hotel. "

"The hotel facilities are very nice and varied, with two swimming pools, a mini-golf course, a pool table, and a laundry area that accepts credit cards; everything is quite complete. The staff is very attentive. However, the room was dirty; the carpet looked like it hadn't been vacuumed in a long time. When they cleaned the room, they didn't change the towels or provide fresh water bottles. Even so, it was a good experience, and I recommend it for families with young children."

"We had a great stay. The property had everything we needed and was really well set up, which made the whole trip easy. There were a lot of restaurants on site, and honestly, the pricing wasn’t too bad but a little on the higher side. The staff stood out. You could tell they actually enjoyed working there, and it showed in how they treated guests. That made a big difference. The pool area was a highlight for us. It was well maintained, had a great vibe, and we spent a lot of time there as a family. Overall, we really enjoyed our stay and would definitely come back."

"Convenient if you are visiting Universal studios with a shuttle on site. Parking was a hassle as the card scanner was broken. "

"We loved being able to walk to Epic. It took us under 10 minutes. There were many shuttles available to the other parks so it’s very convenient. The café at the hotel was yummy and the pool was big and nice."
