"Location is excellent, next to covered shopping streets, near tram line, walking distance to castle. Staff were very helpful and professional. Room was pretty spacious for a business-style hotel. Breakfast buffet was very good, with some local specialties added — need a toaster that actually toasts, though. Breakfast staff were super hardworking and polite. Overall, a solid choice and good value for the money for our two night stay in Kumamoto."

"I stayed here a day before heading to a retreat. The room was just the right size for one traveler and I appreciated the room clothes! The onsen and sauna was perfect and restorative and the breakfast was delicious. I would stay here again!"
