"hotel is amazingly located in the main shopping street of kumamoto making kombinis, shops, food options and transport links at an abundance!! the hotel is extremely organised and clean, check in was smooth with the kindest staff always willing to help. the room is small and i struggled to open a large suitcase however it has everything you need. there are free drinks available in the lobby daily from 2-10pm, the breakfast buffet is the best i’ve ever experienced - so clean, yummy and always well stocked. the public bath is free with the hotel stay however please be aware if you have tattoos they are NOT tattoo friendly so you’ll need to cover them up or take a miss this time.
overall, couldn’t recommend more for a few days stay in kumamoto!!"
