The staff was friendly and helpful with the exception of the restaurant manager who was uncharacteristically (for the property and Japan in general) rude and curt. "I loved the AC, the change of towels, trash, etc. The hotel provides Q-tips, razors, bath towels, shower caps, combs, tooth paste, etc. The hotel is next to a bus stop that takes you to shinjuku station or shibuya. The streets are not noisy or bright, it’s a very calm location. The only thing i noticed that is easily fixable, on the sides in between the wall and the bathtub and on the floor in the bathroom there’s either an algae or mold build up. Otherwise the room was very clean."
