"I really appreciate the shuttle bus driver and the lady that greeted us at the front of the hotel. Once we got to Kwawguichiko Station, we are exhausted and overwhelmed but as soon as we headed to the shuttle bus our driver took our suitcase and we felt safe and taken care of. Check-in was very smooth to our surprise and everything about our stay was perfect. Thank you to the hotel and staff for making everything wonderful. The only surprise was that the check-out time was 10 am. That was inconvenient and out of the ordinary for us as it is earlier than most other hotels. I hope the hotel can reconsider to have check-out at 11 am like other places."

Our room was spotless and beautiful, with our onsen setting a pleasant bubbling sound in the background and a view overlooking the lake. The kaiseki dinner was delicious both nights. The foot bath in the roof overlooks both the lake and Mount Fuji. We felt well cared for, comfortable, and relaxed from start to finish. "

"We booked the Fuji View Room — great location! It’s only a 10-minute bus ride to the visitor shuttle bus station. The onsen was wonderful. After 3–4 days of sightseeing in Japan, my feet were pretty sore, and the onsen helped a lot."
