"This cozy home was exactly what we wanted. Very quiet, conveniently located near Ashland U. Bedrooms comfy, bathroom, kitchen and living room all extremely clean. Nice and cool AC during a warm summer visit. A great place to hang out with family, play games or watch a movie. We enjoyed cooking instead of eating out, and the kitchen had everything we needed. Great host communication as well. We would love to return."

We enjoyed the time we spent in the schoolhouse and our visit to Mohican State Park, which is also beautiful. I highly recommend staying at this unique property. "Communication with the host was great, but the house itself had a smell to it and didn’t seem very clean (we swept up pet hair from the floor that didn’t belong to us). We also had cop cars with sirens on the road twice during the night. We decided to go home vs. stay for our second night. The pictures posted make the place look in better shape than reality. Overall, it met our needs, but I would not stay here again. "
