"冬季去石碇天氣太冷，雖有暖氣和溫泉但希望廁所有免治馬桶，因為廁所窗戶無法關好（不夠密合），感覺廁所很冷 服務人員十分的好，早餐的菜很美味 四周的風景很美"

"The location is nice where you can still get the fresh air. Not too close and not too far from the city. The bad thing is the place is not well kept. They should do some remodeling. It’s seems they just patched things here and there. "

"The actual rooms were very clean and nice. Needs more signage to where the actual hotel is. Only access to hotel is a run down elevator with no signs that hotel is on the 6th and 7th floor. Can use a good carpet cleaning in the hallways but other than that, a very pleasant stay"

"We stayed in an executive suite on the 7th floor for a little over two weeks. All staff we’ve interacted with were very friendly, patient and helpful - and we’ve inquired about changes a several times. MRT and mall/food court access without leaving the building. The building, room, gym and sauna didn’t feel outdated. Laundry room could use a little attention - lint catcher wasn’t always clean and there’s a musty smell.
