"The actual rooms were very clean and nice. Needs more signage to where the actual hotel is. Only access to hotel is a run down elevator with no signs that hotel is on the 6th and 7th floor. Can use a good carpet cleaning in the hallways but other than that, a very pleasant stay"

All staff we’ve interacted with were very friendly, patient and helpful - and we’ve inquired about changes a several times. MRT and mall/food court access without leaving the building.
