"The hotel was clean and the staff were helpful, however the HVAC in the room was really loud and the bathroom ventilation wasn't great. The hotel breakfast was also a little disappointing."

"Clean room, helpful staffs, shops and restaurants nearby, great location and convenient to multiple different transportations
The only minor thing is that after the adjacent mall closes around 11pm, the usual convenient path to hotel is closed as well. Then the path to the hotel main door from the MTR station is quite long that have to walk by a designated smoking area, which is a bit annoying, so just need to understand what to expect when going back to hotel late at night.
