"The hotel was very nice and the communication from them leading up to the stay was excellent. I didn't like the fact that we couldn't control the room temperature ourselves, we had to text the owner to raise or lower the heat, and it was cold for awhile in the room when we arrived. Also, the location is not as close to the main street as described in the overview -- more than a block to the main street where shop and restaurants are. Also, street noise during the night was loud, as it is on the main drag through town. "

"Our toddler loved the pool area, especially the indoor waterslide! Aside from that, staff seemed to be entirely overworked and was seen juggling literally every job in the hotel, by themselves. Our room was very clearly not cleaned prior to our arrival - there was a dried puddle of urine in front of the toilet, pee in the toilet, multiple cup rings on almost every surface, black mold on the bottom of the sofa mattress, LOTS of hair in the king bedsheets, and the phone had crumbs and stains. The free breakfast options were better than average, however the waffle batter ran out by 8:30 AM so we were stuck eating fruit and dry cereal. Staff was friendly and the place was vibrant with family guests, so overall a worthwhile stay, just wish it was cleaner so I didn’t have to clean our suite myself. "

"Pool area was very crowded, the hot tub was packed with kids. No toys are allowed in the pool at all. Very short staffed.Breakfast very basic.Elevator out of order and because the hotel charged me for early check in and shouldn’t have it took 2 hours to get checked in."

"The room was clean, quiet, and well-maintained, and the robes were a nice touch. However, the king bed in our room was rock hard. I ended up trying to sleep in the room’s provided chair while my husband tossed & turned all night. So, if comfortable sleep during travel is important to you as it is to us, I recommend elsewhere unless they have other beds that are actually “pillow-top” as their description states. No microwave was also a drawback."

"The rooms were not clean. The TV was outdated. There were stains on the carpet, bugs in the light fixtures, and the paint was chipped off the walls. Our room key stopped working and the man at the front desk was unapologetic. The elevator was jerky and the door barely opened. The food was cold and unappealing. This hotel should be shut down or the price should be dropped significantly."

"The breakfast was amazing and the convenience of being connected to the conference center was great too. However, the rooms were not very clean and the facility and rooms are very outdated. The cleaning staff was friendly. The front desk staff were not very helpful or friendly. "
